Dear Sir,
We have written to you a considerable number of letters with respect to selection of Newfoundland stamps value L68. 6. 3d sent to you on approval so long ago as May 15th 1930, in accordance with your request. We regret to note that this account is still unpaid and to find you have ignored our repeated letters respecting same.
It is quite impossible for us to allow this account to remain outstanding any longer and we are compelled to give you final notice that unless we receive payment or the return of the stamps in question not later than one month from the above date we shall without further notice instruct our U.S. Agents to take whatever steps they consider advisable to enforce payment.
Please accept this letter as final.
