This is a very nice cover franked, as others said, with a pair of 2nd. Kaunas issue 30 skatiku stamps.

The right stamp is not so rare variety - "top right oval out of line". Such variety on a cover makes it a very desirable collectible item. This is likely to be around € 50 value, perhaps more. Should you consider selling it please let me know.
