musstest Du für die "EMS-speed-post" mehr bezahlen ?

Mitte März habe ich über delcampe in Indien gekauft, mittlerweile mehrmals e-mails mit Vertröstung erhalten. Die letzte von Anfang Oktober, hier im Wortlaut:

[i]India post booking only speed post for selected countries. Cost of speed post is almost 20 times of Normal registered airmail. I didn't used that and waiting normal post to start. On this day, I have more than 50 letters packed for my European buyers and friends. Those are burden and regularly ask post office to book those but they refuge. Hopefully it will start from next month (?) So, my friend I am honest and really sorry of this situation. Best regards ... "
