In der Facebookgruppe "South Sudan Stamp Collectors" [1] hat der Admin im Oktober 2020 folgendes Posting - zu den in [#76] gezeigten Briefmarken - eingestellt:

An international philatelist and friend of South Sudan Post at the moment in Juba, prepared a flyer for the new Covid-stamps which can be used as poster as well. In this way, they can make some advertisement locally for the new stamps for sale!



Das dortige Gruppenmitglied "Znamkove Zeme Cz" hat hierzu im April 2021 auch einen passenden FDC gepostet, bei dem die Farben der Flagge vertauscht wurde (mit Verweis auf einen tschechischen Blig [2]):



Hierzu anwortete der Gruppenadmin Leo Van Der Velden:

This an official FDC issue. However, while the final design of the stamp set was made through the Stamp Committee of the South Sudan Postal Services, the design of the FDC cover was left to the agent. As the FDCs in Juba were sold out in no time, I don't think that anybody in Juba had the time to look carefully at the cover. I will advise them to make a number of FDCs with the correct flag on top. This will be only done for the set, as the souvenir sheets are already sold out in Juba. The number will also have to be small, as the lowest value of 50 SSP is also almost sold out.

Das sind also schon ganz offizielle Briefmarken.
