nachdem ich die Nicht-Lieferung mehrerer Artikel aus Grossbritannien reklamierte, kam vom Verkäufer folgende Antwort:

Hi Stephan, sorry to hear that the package has still not arrived. I can confirm that it was shipped on 26th Jan. It is not uncommon for items to take a number of weeks to arrive to the destination when being shipped outside the UK. I would be very grateful if you could allow another couple of weeks for the item to arrive. I realise that this is a long time but the postal services are not that good anywhere at the moment. Sorry that the postal services are not better. Hopefully your package will arrive very soon. Kind Regards

Der Verkäufer ist absolut zuverlässig und jetzt hoffe ich, dass die angeforderte Geduld sich auszahlt. Ist das der Brexit? Dann bitte Zeitrad zurückdrehen!
