This is a genuine postcard transported with pneumatic post. It is quite easy to identify pneumatic post.

In the postmark, you can see minutes after the hour - 9.-V or 9.50 V instead of 9-10V.

The numeral cancel with the cypher 4 is from the postman who delivered the card. The handwritten number 113 is the same as in the postmark from the receiving post office.
