Zu Filiasi habe ich noch eine Ergänzung



Das Dokument mit den drei Stempeln (u.a. Stabstempel "FILIASI") ist offenbar ein Prüfungsattest. Ich zitiere aus einer Sammlungsbeschreibung:

"Roumania - (...) it was the Notary of the small community who was responsible for collecting the post and where applicable, the fees for transporting it or being responsible for doing so to the nearest designated post-Office. This duty was taken seriously enough for a regular examination of the Notary to be undertaken as shown by this certificate"

Der Autor, zu 95 % ist es Dr. Paul Hirsch FRPSL, London, zeigt dann einen sehr ähnlichen Beleg zu meinem und schreibt weiter:

"Certificate - Jon Parvulescu notary of Gura Motrului has presented himself to this Office to answer questions concerning the handling of the Rural Post all of which he answered correctly. He will have again to present himself in the future. Signed by the Director of the Post office L. Garby 1872 (Tintareni pmk. 28/7). The document Shows the double circle postmark of TINTARENI (the site of the examniation) the straight line unframed Station postmark of FILIASI (the collecting Office for the surrounding communities) and the seal BIUROUL POSTAL / TINTARENI"

Die Beschreibung trifft fast ganz auch auf mein Dokument zu (hier: 29/7) und ein anderer Geprüfter erhielt ein fast identisches Zertifikat.

Auch Poststücke ohne Briefmarken können sehr interessant sein.
